Palak got a hat-trick call in the cabinet

Member of Parliament Zunaid Ahmed Palak, who has been elected for the fourth time from Natore-3 constituency, got the ministerial call for the third time. He confirmed receiving a phone call from the Council of Ministers on Wednesday night. Palak was serving as the Minister of State for Posts, Telecommunications and Information and Communication Technology till the dissolution of the 11th cabinet today.

Meanwhile, it was heard that he was going to get a full ministerial post after given the responsibility of state minister of that ministry through the resignation of the minister of post and telecommunication Mustafa Jabba from the technocrat quota. However, Zunaid Ahmed Palak has confirmed DigiBangla that he has been called for the state minister this time as well.

The winners of the 12th National Parliament elections have already taken oath as members of Parliament. On Wednesday (January 10), the government will be formed with about fifty some ministers-state ministers and deputy ministers from among them. So far 40 cars have been produced. The call for oath to form the cabinet began on Wednesday afternoon. 36 names have been given to the cabinet department as cabinet members. All those who are going to be ministers from the cabinet department are being called to come and take oath on Thursday.

25 ministers including 2 technocrats and 11 state ministers will be sworn in on Thursday evening in the new cabinet list released by the cabinet.

In addition to Dr. Zunaid Ahmed Palak, those who received the phone call so far are Dr. Dipu Moni, Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury Naufel, A.K.M. Mozammel Haque, Dr. Hasan Mahmud, Obaidul Quader, Farhad Hossain, Advocate Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun, Shahriar Alam and among the newcomers, A. F. M. Bahauddin Nasim, Jahangir Kabir Nanak, Colonel Farooq Khan, Md. Zia Uddin, Sazzadul Hasan, Kujendra Lal Tripura and Major Abdus Salam.
